Numbers Guideline
- Numbers purchased are only yours when a Post Paid or Pre Paid service is activated on the number. Don't worry, we will help you with achieving this by contacting you within 3 business days after you have made your purchase.
- You will need to download and complete the "Contact Details and Acceptable ID" PDF. Once you have complete the PDF, please scan and email the form along with 100 points of your ID to support@mynumber.com.au or fax back to 02 9024 2388.
- We are here to make things easy for you! So we will do everything, from arranging the connection of your new number, to the dispatch of the SIM card... all included in the price!
- Please make sure you read our "Terms and Conditions", especially the section - "Rights of Use".
